Return & Exchange Policy

At Emaawear, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.  
Products must be:

  • Unworn and unused  
  • In original condition  
  • With all tags and packaging intact  

Items that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy (Recommended First Option):
We highly encourage exchanges instead of returns for size or fitting issues.

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues  
  • Product defects  
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery  
  • Exchange delivery time: 3–5 working days after approval

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered  
  • Defective or damaged product  
  • Product significantly different from description  

⚠️ Change of mind returns may not be accepted (or optional: accepted with conditions)

Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item  
Refund method:

  • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash  
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Charges:
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item):

- If the return is due to customer preference:  
  👉 Customer will bear return shipping cost  

How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide:
  - Order number  
  - Reason for return/exchange  
  - Product images (if damaged/defective)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Sale or discounted items  
- Used or worn products  
- Items without tags

- Color may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution  
- Orders refused at delivery may not be eligible for free re-shipping
